Food was good, but the management staff was horrible. cussing and yelling at customers. It took 30 min to get a rice bowl, hamburger & a pita.

The food was ok but they were all outside smoking and didn't know I was there. They locked the lobby while I was there and locked back when I left. This was about 230 in the afternoon.

Terrible there was a couple fighting that worked there cussing and screaming and one lady call the the b word for no reason very poor service. Took along time to receive food. Have my receipt .

Me and my boyfriend waited in the drive thru behind this one car for literally 20 minutes, the lady inside literally just stopped taking orders after the car infront of us without telling us so we’re literally sitting there waiting, and then we try and go inside and the doors locked, she’s literally laying on the table with her headphones on and took off into the back when I knocked on the door. Definitely need to fire that chick.

I would give this place minus stars if I could! About a month ago my mom went thru the drive thru at Jack n the Box in Ada and part of the menu sign fell off and hit her car causing about $1,500.00 worth of damage to her car. On a side note, when she went inside to talk to the manager, (the inside was closed due to covid) her shoes were sticking to the floor it was so nasty inside. Anyways, for several weeks my parents called and called Jack in the Box and Jack in the Box refused to even talk to my parents about the situation. And when they finally did, they said they were a franchise and that corporate was responsible for the damage; however, corporate said that it was the franchise's responsibility to take care of the damage. Neither corporate nor the franchise would help. They even wanted my mom to call her insurance company to have them deal with the damage. So now my mom either has to pay out of pocket, or turn it in theinsurance company and that might raise her insurance. Jack in the Box refuses to take any responsibility for their menu sign falling and damaging my mom's car. Just FYI. You were warned.4/15/22- IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE: On 3/16/22 your menu sign fell on my mom's car and the manager on duty, Holly, came out and took pics. My mom also has pics. On 3/16/22, and 3/18/22 my mom talked the DM, Tyrone Moore. On 3/21/22, 3/24/22, 3/28/22 and 3/30/22 my parents left messages for DM.On 3/21/22 my parents filled out your form on the website that your mentioned in your response.On 3/31/22 My mom finally reached the complaint line and spoke with Janet.On 4/11/22 my mom called again and spoke with Marian.Still no resolution after 30 days.The complaint is filed under my dad's name "Wayne Pierce"

I have loved Jack in the Box for over 20 years, but yesterday we went and the food was the worst I have had in a while. Not to mention that some of it has changed for the worst. The meat was dry. The Jumbo Jack was about the size of a mcdouble from McDonald's. I won't be going back.

Very disappointed I ordered a number 5 big Texas burger I got a Jr burger instead this is apparently what where turning into is more money for less food wow I'll not be doing any more business with this food chain..

OmG! Didn't know it but, they have a rather larger kind of egg roll on the menu, it is delicious!!!!! A must have with it is the teriyaki sauce for dipping!!!!! Way to go Jack!!!! And thanks for staying open late too!!!!!

The food is really good like the spicy foods But they are terribly slow and when ordering I have to repeat myself several times just really annoying especially sin e they are considered fast food service Anyway guess Mick Jagger had eaten at Jack in the Box Because you can't always get what you want lol Just a little dry humor

Ordered 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburgers and a large curly fry. Fries were cold and only got half of them. My burgers were cold and sad thing is I was the only person in line and no customers inside and I still waited for 10 mins in drive thru.

I appreciate that they were open in the evening on Christmas, although I wasn't expecting it. I ordered a chicken club but it had no bacon or cheese. They also were only accepting exact change only, which wasn't a problem for me since I use a card, but a sign should have been posted outside so people don't waste time trapped in line if they don't have exact change.
