Polos will always be a stop in Ada for me. I grew up coming here and loved the tortillas & honey. Times have changed and the food suffers but the family bonding always happens. I do hope Polos will find a new cooking team that can bring the quality of food back up.

We almost always have a great experience here, but in the past there were some times where the waiter would either forget to check on us or just not care. We are not sure why. A couple of times our orders were made incorrectly, but we never really made a fuss because for the most part, it was mostly correct.The staff is usually friendly and attentive, but sometimes they may fail at that. I hope this still isn't the case in the future.

Dinner was pretty good, but our server (I think Itzy the receipt said?) was very good! We had a baseball party of over 30 people, and our process was smooth and nothing was missing or wrong!Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu

In the 40 something years they have been in business, they have somehow remained consistently sub-par in every way. The salsa is nothing but water and tomato paste, the chips taste like microwaved cardboard, the interior has hardly once been cleaned or remodeled, and it is impossible to navigate because of the narrow, dark, twisty hallways that are always full somehow. It's crazy that all of these years have gone by and no improvements whatsoever have been attempted. I want to like this place but it's just impossible. ?
