I don't even know where to start with you, bro. First off, it smells like absolute Doodoo in there. There was poop on the seat of the toilet. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I was yelled at for trying to look at the menu. Whoever the old lady is working, the cash register is an absolute bitch. On top of all that I didn't get all my food and my fries had no nacho on them. It was just plain fries don't even taste like nacho cheese and my grilled cheese burrito was literally chicken and cheese like where is all the crunchiness get it together Taco Bell. If I could give you zero stars, I would.
I swear one of the managers are selling the meat out the back or just taking it home to eat it themselves, because the food you buy here rarely has any beef in it. So disappointing. We have eaten here three or so times and that's how I'm left feeling every time. Like I am eating a salad with no beef and a shell.Edit: Some of these reviews aren't helpful at all, like the guy who gave 5 stars referencing the stores location in Norman, ok. Or the other person who said he had a bad experience and rated 4 stars. Not everything is for everyone, and apparently leaving reviews is one of those things. Jesus christ lord help me with them slow as people.

Ordered food at 8:59pn didn't get it from the window until 9.44pm and still didn't receive part of my order!!! There were literally 3 cars ahead of me. When I went in to get the rest of my order they didn't put in my bag they got attitudes and were very rude! WORST TACO BELL IVE BEEN TO!
