2 of 3 taco salads were like eating a plain salad with salsa. All crispy tacos were stale. 2 soft tacos were great, ordered a rice and it was not included. Called immediately and complained. Assistant manager said we will just remake your order tomorrow. Spoke with GM today and was informed that a receipt and food needed to be returned when purchased per Taco Mayo policy. I was not informed of that when initially calling. GM schooling me, when she should be instructing employees of how things go at Taco Mayo. I informed her that I am a customer not employee so therefore that's unneeded info for me. GM states noone else has complained. I said no, they just don't come back! GM acted like someone was trying to get something they didn't deserve. We work hard for our money and I promise it will never be spent at Taco Mayo in the future bcz first of all I didn't ask for anything but the missing rice and 2 taco salads. The assistant manager obviously knew the order was not satisfactory or she would have never said just come tomorrow and we will replace the whole order!

They served burnt queso and th potatoes loco were burnt and the burritos didn't have red sauce. Won't be back. There is no supervision.
The establishment did not appear to be very clean. The employees weren't all that friendly The food was disgusting and you didn't get much. I will not go back. I do not recommend.

Was only a couple of customers at about 3 O'clock. Order just a chicken Mexicali and a taco. Fryer was down so no locos were available. 10$ for a piece of tortilla with rice and lil bit chicken n a crunchy taco. Lucky we came in and they added chicken to fix it.

Not one surface- tables,floors or counter were clean. All were streaked and sticky. My food was good but HIGHLY disappointed that you can no longer get salsa without charge ? a burrito a taco, locos and chips with cheese also a drink was $9 and change. No tea no coke and ice machine was empty. Granted it was just after lunch rush. Too many better and cleaner Mexican choices just down the road. Plus the salsa is complimentary.Calling it like it is...go somewhere else.

I ordered a nacho supreme minus the tomatoes and I guess that meant minus everything except meat and cheese. The teenage employees were going in and out the back door talking to people sitting outside in a car all while the drive through was lined up. The girl at the window couldn’t open her eyes and was giggling it looked as if she just smoked some top rate….. not a very good way to run a business.
