Got notified fish sandwiches I ordered were not available as my granddaughter entered the restaurant for pickup.She was called, was confused when the call was from Arbys and was thinking after being told the fish was not available. The caller hung up. At the counter the male register person seemed willing to help but was stopped by a female co-worker and told "the order is made, you can get fish next visit." The order was waiting. How was the order waiting in the time my granddaughter took the call on her way inside and when she reached the counter 3 meters away?I did not want the premade beef sandwiches, but I would have been happy with a gyro. For this trip my granddaughter got all the food. There will NOT be a "next time."

The wagyu burger was nasty and sloppy made looks like someone threw up in a burger and slapped it together between buns and wrapped it never again will I get that.nastyist burger I have ever tried in my 36years of life.

If you want to last a thousand years waiting, this is the Arby’s to go. Regardless of being short staff, the customer should always be informed of what’s happening. Slow falls short with this place.

Absolutely some of the best if not the best customer service I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant! Unbelievably polite the entire staff, very clean food was incredibly fresh, hot and exactly as it was ordered. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the staff!

Very great staff and customer service. My order got messed up and I didn't realize till i got home. I called them up and they were very apologetic and told me they would make it right when I came back the next day. All I can say is superb customer service. Keep up the good work y'all
