Poorly managed location... Most of the time they have the drive-through closed and you have to go in. I've gone on more than one occasion and the whole store was closed at a time it should have been open.

Gave the cashier my order, she rang up the wrong meal, I corrected her. She said she fixed it. Still got the wrong thing. I wanted a spicy chicken deluxe. Instead of making me a new sandwich and cooking the patty in the spicy glaze like they should have (because that's the proper way to prepare this sandwich), they just poured the glaze over the entire sandwich and handed it back to me.

Horrible experience, sat at the window for 10 mins. Then forgot 2 10pc nuggets the mozzarella sticks weren't even cooked. Didn't give us a receipt. Refused to answer their phone. I will never eat here again and will be telling others on post at altus AFB to stay away. And will be finding out whom their corporate owners are and.makimg them aware.

I am disappointed whenever I go there, because they always have the Drive-thru blocked off. I am handicapped and this is so aggravating to me!
This place us a joke! I ordered a chicken sandwich and after 20 minutes, still no food! I was the only one there when I ordered. 10 minutes after I ordered, a small bus load came in. After about 3 of them got their order I asked for my money back. The manager had an attitude talking about "has it even been 5 minutes?" YES! ITS BEEN LIKE 20 MINUTES! I also have a video of an employee mopping the dining room in a bra!

Went thru drive thru. Ordered a reg cheeseburger and dollor valve chicken sandwich, both were cold, its about getting something hot. Cashier was courteous. That's about it,
