Ordered online for pick up. Got home and they gave me the wrong pizza. They offered to remake it or give me credit. I told them I’ve already made a trip to the that if they would deliver it I’d take the remake. They wanted to charge me a delivery fee. It’s their screw up I shouldn’t be paying any extra to correct their screw up. So I had to take store credit for only part of my order when I don’t want any of it since I didn’t get what I wanted. I was on hold 15-20 minutes just to speak to the manager to get this worthless info. I will use the credit and never go back. We have a Little Caesar’s that’s just as good as dominoes and I have never had a problem with them.

This is my second order this week. Lately they have done extremely well! Everything is absolutely delicious and even appearance wise it looks incredible. Great job lately guys. Keep it up :) amazing pizza and garlic

Orders a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Come in after being told it was done and ready. I arrived just to be told that they don’t have sandwich bread.

This place is not it! They keep messing up my order, it's not that difficult to read an order unless you have the comprehension skills of a toddler. I swear people need to be IQ tested at these types of jobs.

Domino’s Pizza in Altus has always been extremely fast, the order is always correct and our food arrives piping hot and fresh. We’re very pleased with this Domino’s!On a separate note concerning the Dominos Pizza menu: the pizza tots are disgusting! However, The Heart Marinara pasta bowl is delicious!!! I ordered mine with spinach and Italian sausage.

The toppings were very sparce plus it was overcooked and the cook didn't even bother to pop the cheese bubbles before they got hard.Then to add injury to insult the girl behind the counter haq the nerve to ask for a tip.The only decent pizza in Mayberry (Altus) is Pizza Hut

Store clean and employees very nice and polite. Unfortunately pizza not as I remembered dominos pizzas. I watched them make it and looks like companies way of doing things that made it not enjoyable. Positive note..cheese bread very good.
