Go inside to speak to supervisor for the way they handle their drive tru and literally had the whole crew call me names and threatened me. Then when I told the supervisor what I wanted to tell her pretty much got called stupid. Altus is gonna loose another KFC and it's sad.

I ordered online and when i was waiting for someone to serve me the two people were just gossiping. I had to say something three times before the even acknowledged me. I asked for kfc sayce. Then they said they are out of kfc sauce. Everytime i have been here they have been out. I manage a store and count my product weekly to see how much i need to order based off sales from the week before. So you should be able to do that to make sure you have your best selling sauce. Then one of the girls was rude and did not even acknowledge me she had to tell the other worker she was out of sauce but did not tell me and made me sit there and wait.

They never have chicken, and when they do it’s old. Can’t order thru the drive thru more than 3 orders, they say they can only do 2 orders and drive again thru the drive thru to order the rest. I mean this is just a poor quality service. What’s the point of having a kfc if we can’t get the right food or order more than 2 meals ?

Bruh I asked for a chicken bowl and I asked if I could have spicy chicken in it...not a bowl full of whatever red greasy stuff this is..I can't even see the potatoes. threw it away didn't even take a bite.. like who gonna eat this bowl full of grease? I'm not even from Altus and every time I come to do some work here it's just disappointing with the food service around here

Placed online order. Supposed to be ready at 6:16. There I was at 6:30 still waiting seeing other people get the food they ordered after me. The lady running the food out told me they were waiting in fries. So it takes 30 Mims to cook fries? I assumed they were going to be really good. Finally got food 6:46. Get home which is 5 mins down the road, open the bag cold fries, they forgot my sauces, and the chicken is burnt.This used to be one of my go to places when I didn't want to cook. Never again.
I liked my chicken ??? I think they are under new management or something because before I kinda didn't like the coleslaw it tasted DRYand I like the tea too ,and it's not costly like chicken express. ?

I was there yesterday. Same old thing. Overcooked chicken! I ordered the original recipe. They cook it until the secret herbs and spices become black. Nothing golden about their chicken. I won't be going back. By the way, same bad results from the last three visits!

Heads up... Don't ask them if the chicken is fresh at drive thru. You'll get ignored seriously. Repeated the question 3 times and sat there being ignored until I drove to window to be ignored even more until I had to drive off.Their staff need taught communication and etiquette skills. Called corporate so we shall see..Will never go there again. Reviews and word travels. Good job KFC.
