Went in with a coupon for a footlong for $6.99. Allison starts making my sandwich and then tells me toaster is broke down. Then I ask for pickles and she puts 4 pickles on and I ask for more and Allison tells me that 4 pickles is the limit! I've never heard of that at subway! I ask her to put more, long story short, I was charged $12.95 with my coupon for $6.99. This was INSANITY WON'T BE BACK. Please have a manager comment. Thanks

Everything is great except there bread gets hard by the time we get home. If they could conquer that it would be excellent. They have young people who work there one young lady is very responsible and respectful. I don't know her name but she wears a necklace with a picture on it, she is awesome.

This is the stronger of the two Subways in Altus. You always get what you came for at this place and staff are dependable .

No thank you!I was the only customer in the shop, with two employees. I gave my order, which was on the board. The employee needs to know his menu, because he had to look at the board about 8 times, and I still had to tell him what to put in the sandwich. Then after I reminded him it included guacamole, he took a half hearted swipe out of an old container and then decided he needed a new bag. I saw him open the bag with a knife on the counter, abd was almost sure he was going to put it in the old container (but he didnt). The other employee never looked or spoke to me.What was worse is in the middle of this torture of trying to get a sandwich, the off duty manager came in and started arguing with the two boys about the schedule. She also didnt say hello. My sabdwuch maker almost stopped what he was doing to pay attention to what this woman was saying.I had enough and told the manager i didnt have time for them to finish their conversation to get my dinner.Not only did they lose a sale they lost a cistomer for good. Other places to get a sandwich.Worst customer service i have seen in a long time.This is the Subway on Main in Altus, not on Broadway.

Only Subway to go to in Altus. They are friendly and the store is cleaner than the Broadway location that is still stuck in 1980.

Very stingy with the toppings. 4 black olive slices on a 6 inch Italian BMT is ridiculous. I was amused with how she tried to spread the 4 black olives evenly across the sandwich.
