Came into this Whataburger frequently and I usually go to drive thru so this Morning I ordered breakfast and it took about 15 minutes for my food the girl with the grey shirt with pink nails reached into the food tray grab some food without gloves thinking it was for me but it wasn’t it was her and she didn’t even pay for the food she grabbed also older lady was screaming in the back with loud profanity

I worked/work in a restaurant and serving customers for over 15 years. True they were busy. But only a few employees were working to get food out to the customers. Dawn was the manger and she sucks! She was not helping make food or drinks. No customer service skills at ALL. The cashier holding long conversations w ppl outside of the line instead of trying to keep line moving. I stood in line 10mins and it took 20mins to get a burger and fries.

Be ok if they get your order correct don't get me wrong food is great but when you can't eat ? and ketchup and ask them to leave it off your meal it's good otherwise

Ate here food isn't bad. I had a patty melt my bread was cold and rubbery. As a door dasher they are very slow to get the orders out to me. Alway late. Some of the Employees seem to have an attitude problem.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair assessable and bathroom
Worst service ever just came into the drive thru and the young lady I believe her name was Selena was very rude to me and threw my order at me she assist everything was in my bag but I checked and it was missing my kids burger and fires and she said she would get it right to me and had me to pull up and curbside 1 soI did and waited another 10 minutes just for my jr burger and fries so my husband and I went inside and she said she put it in the bag why don’t I checked the bag and I told her I did and she said it’s nothing we can do about it that’s when a gentleman made the burger and gave me a fry and 2 cookies something needs to get done with her and this store it’s ridiculous how rude people are to you I’m the customer I deserve respect if you don’t want to work here find a new job..

Food still tasted how it should as usual, however it took 9 minutes for them to approach me I was also the only one in lime. My other only complaint was you would think personal hygiene was a thing but it smelt like a sewer when a employee was making his drinks I'm sorry but please shower or atleast cover yourself in Cologne.

Food is always good and fresh , love their breakfast menu too. Service is great , staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the busiest places in town! That's a good sign.
I like to turn the beef burgers into a salad, and they are well seasoned. Instead of a burger, I edit the item to eliminate the bun and edit other ingredients to maximum. It comes in a plastic oblong container. Break up the Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles for a great salad.
