No one was at the front register for a couple of minutes, when I was ready to order. When i received my order, it was incorrect. I went back to the register, no one was there again. I didn't see anyone. I ended up not eating, because I didn't get want I ordered. I just took my food, and left. I won't be back. I didn't feel they had enough help, or was there for they're customers. Also, I felt they were very slow.

These people need to listen to customers. If someone gets coffee and ask for Splenda or sweetener ( not sugar). My mother was handed sugar and she's a diabetic. Good job Carl's Jr you might kill someone.

The biscuits that survived the Hardee’s transition are usually AWESOME and the main reason I go to Carl’s Jr for breakfast but this morning I’m assuming they got real busy & someone hadn’t been on the ball so to hurry the orders along the took the pan of biscuits out of the over early cause I ordered two ultimate omelette biscuits & both of them the biscuits were barely starting to brown around the edges instead of the beautiful golden brown uniformly like I’m used to & they were quite doughy & certainly under cooked

We were in drive thru vehicle in front of us. My 76 yr old preacher daddy is getting money out of wallet to pay for what we were about to order there. Employee comes across parking lot with trashcan cussing him because he hasn't pulled on up yet. I roll down window asked why he's cussing at him and got cussed out myself. While lady supposedly handling situation guy shakes his head going mew mew mew mew acting childish after refusing to apologize and then half way saying sorry. Rude unprofessional does not need to be working in public. We will not be back and do not recommend Ardmore Carl's Junior
Best burger you can get for the money, the service is a bit slow but there's only one person so I can't complain.

Food is always squished to hell, orders are never right, and when you call their phone no one answers. If you call back it goes straight to a busy signal. This place hasn't been cleaned or updated in 20 years. Needs new staff and remodeling or to just get demolished.

I just ordered a double western burger meal and two famous stars. Needless to say I got home and got six famous starts no fries I did get my drink. My order was 16.58 because the star burgers are two bucks on Friday’s. So in all I paid over 16 and some chance for twelve dollars not including tax. Also probably knowing they did this there not answering there phone. Thanks Carl jr.
