I am very disappointed by the drive thru. The last 3 times I have ordered thru the drive thru the pieces of chicken are so small that I think they save the little pieces to be served there. It is frustrating to get home and find out the food doesn’t even make a dent in your hunger. I will no longer go there even though I like the flavor.

Ordered a bunch of drinks and when I got down the road there was a hole in one!! Which spilt tea all over my car ! They could at least check there cups before handing them

My husband was craving some catfish and since we're staying in the area he saw the sign and decided on to go for it. We walked in and they have a cute little Christmas tree all decorated. Place was super clean with about 3 tables occupied. We went up to order and the gentleman taking our order was so kind and I could tell he didn't hate his job (which is so rare for fast food places). We got our drinks and our orders of catfish came out fairly quickly. We chose a nice booth in the corner and were able to eat and enjoy the Christmas decor. As we're eating a table go up and left and the gentleman who took our order immediately went and cleaned the table, very impressive if you ask me. Food was hot and fresh, delicious indeed. Last but not least the bathrooms were squeaky clean and smelt wonderful. If I lived here I wouldn't mind stopping in once or twice a month. Two thumbs up!

We have ate here many times but this particular time we had our dog with us so we ate in our car in the parking lot. $32.00 worth of food. My husband got out during the meal and went in to ask if he could refill his large drink. He was told NO you have to buy another. He said I just ordered this one, not 10 minutes ago, she said, I know but if you don't eat inside you have to pay for another drink. He said that really wasn't fair there are picnic tables outside what would be the difference? She said if you don't like it it's your choice not to come back. Wow!! They don't mind losing buisness over a $1.50. I could understand if she hadn't remembered him coming in minutes before. Also, I would totally agree with another review that the staff was petty and rude.

The spicy chicken is old. They make it in the morning and just add to it. The tea urns are never actually cleaned out just drained. 10/10 do not recommend going to this location in Ardmore. The staff is petty and gives attitude.

Check your order in the drive-thru every time. Twice now I had to return because they left food items off my order that I paid for.
They said we're not f****** serving lunch yet ! My daughter was so upset! And I was in disbelief that any business would talk like that Thur the drive Thur ! We will never go back . Chicken is toooo salty anyway! Chicken Strips

This is by far the best Chicken Express I’ve been to! My family and I stopped here while traveling twice over the summer and both times were a great experience! The food was hot & fresh, the orders were 100% correct, the atmosphere was super friendly, and best of all- the CUSTOMER SERVICE was FABULOUS!During our first visit, Sharon was so friendly and helpful at the front counter. I was super impressed after that visit! This time, Daniel took our order and again provided excellent customer service. He even brought our order out to me since I had a handful of sweet teas to take to the car! Both visits were spot on- which is pretty hard to find these days. Both the counter employees and the kitchen staff deserve serious kudos! And clearly the management is getting it right at this location! Keep up the great work CE of Ardmore!

First time to try Chicken Express. Why have I waited so long. Spicy tenders, corn nuggets, okra and the TEA! So simple but oh so delicious! The crew on Thursday was friendly and answered all my newbie questions. Thank you for the great meal!
