First, I have to say IHOP is one of our favorite places to eat. We eat at this location often. I am not sure what was going on but we got here at 5PM, typical dinner time. We ordered coffee and soda. The coffee was cold. We finished our sodas before we got our food. We could see our food sitting in the window for 22 minutes while the waitress was seating other people and taking orders. I asked for a refill and salsa. She went to bag to-go orders and never brought either one. Terrible service, cold coffee, and cold food with no refills. Total cost for 2 people $64.04! Not sure how, but it was the worst and most expensive meal at IHOP we have ever had???

One of the best locations I’ve ever been to. The food was prepared quickly — not over-cooked or undercooked! Ariel was a great server! I also overheard one of the employees on the phone with a guest who was having trouble with their DoorDash order and instead of being curt and simply stating “we have no control over DoorDash orders,” the employee went out of their way to try to resolve the issue with the guest. Great customer service!

It's pretty deserted the few times I've dined inside ihop. But I do order online often. Food is done quickly. I can order and pick it up and be eating in less than 20 min. Food is pretty decent. They could use an update.

Came in overnight and it's been a while since I've eaten at IHOP. Coming back was a nice surprise. They've made a lot of improvements to the menu. My only real complaint is the lack of freshness overall. The Avocado was kind of terrible. I needed some salt with it. I got it as a sub for the side with the steak omelette. They were cool enough to just swap'em and give me Avocado for free (fruit). If the Omelette didn't have hash browns in it I would've enjoyed it more but had to remove it. The Steak Omelette was good. Surprisingly the salsa was the highlightMy daughter's French Toast was huge and she gave it a 5. The service was good. For convenience and the time of day I was pleasantly surprised to find a hot cup of coffee and a variety of grub.I did request the bacon but you might want to be sure to use "burnt" or "crispy"... This is typically the best litmus test for an IHOP. I give the bacon a 3. ? It's not easy. Just 2 minutes would've been perfect. Service was great Sierra was awesome.

Used to be more stars but…Every time I have an online order they have gotten it wrong ? I like I hop but not when my food is always missing items and the workers say nothing about it and made poorly. It should not be this hard to read a order get it right and if you don’t have something that was ordered, TELL THE CUSTOMER. Please do better.
