What's up with the KFC ardmore ??? Last visit got wrong order all together , gravy was brown water , this visit wrong food again and again with the brown water gravy , can't tell me you don't see this !!! Going to be a while before I go back !!!

The first thing out of the speaker in the drive thru was “ we do not have extra crispy”. I was ok with that. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. When we got home, there was only nine pieces of chicken and only four biscuits. The quality of the chicken was fair at best. We will not be going back.

We went through the drive thru, ordered two wraps. The coleslaw w/o spicy sauce and a spicy Mac and cheese. We had to wait for strips to cook and when they were brought out he tells me that he put a classic sticker on the one w/o sauce. We get across town and we didn't have the Mac and cheese, they put a spicy coleslaw. Go back through the drive again and the girl, think the shift manager replaced it with no issues. We pulled around front to check it and it was a coleslaw w/o sauce. I go in this time and she says, way should I replace what I just replaced and is clearly annoyed. Because it's still not the one I needed. I stay calm because I've seen what fast food workers have to sometimes deal with. Even the guy in the line starts getting loud with me. Crazy, my son wouldn't touch it after I told him how they acted. There was another woman behind me in line because of how rude the woman was to her in the drive, sorry lady because that was probably after she got mad at me.I won't be back and that sucks because the wraps are really good.

Ya know I would have given this a better review if maybe they kept the inside clean. I couldn't even hardly find anywhere to sit because almost all tables and chairs had food on them. Everytime I go there it's always the same it's always dirty and the food is never consistent.

We love KFC and go often on other locations but everytime we go to this one they say "they do NOT have CHICKEN." I have never heard of a chicken restaurant not having chicken (multiple visits 12 or more).

I realize most fast food restaurants are short staffed, but today wasn’t a good day. KFC is our favorite chicken place, but today Our chicken was not cooked enough, didn’t get a straw, didn’t get the coleslaw, and I was too tired to drive back again.
Show up at 4 pm to order and they tell me they have no dark meat avaliable and that it would be 40 minutes before they have any ready. Pretty ridiculous considering it's dinner time. Be better prepared close to dinner time!

Arrived promptly at 10 AM Sunday, the traditional fried chicken eating day. Nice gentleman advised us he couldn't unlock register until manager arrived. Waited another 10 minutes, was informed manager wouldn't arrive for another 10 minutes, so we left. Store seemed clean, very nice except for THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF FOOD.
