Management was very unprofessional, rude, dismissive & hostile. The only reason my food deserved a 5star rating was because of the young man that had brought it out hot & correct the 2nd time after I had issues with the manager, then waited 25 minutes just to receive someone else's order.

My order was wrong today and I can't go back to get it fixed due to time limit for lunch. When you order a bacon mcdouble plain it means meat, bacon, and cheese only, not covered in onions like mine was. Very disappointed and no lunch to eat!

Never seen drive thru cashier tells customer that they're now accepting tips and it was hand written on the window, also the 2nd window where you receive food the girl gives bad face look when asked if she has Picante sauce like it's coming out of her pocket or we didn't give any business. Very poor experience.
Worst service in town but worst of all? Serving me raw meat. Sickening.

Customer service was good but my fries ended up being partially cold and my chicken sandwich was refried and thin. They took longer than usual which is weird because none of it was fresh.

We stopped here as it’s a halfway point from Dallas to OKC, had a playground and Chick-fil-A was closed. The place smelt weird when we went in. The floor was sticky and the drink station was unkept with trash everywhere. Our small kids milk was given to us expired and the apples slices ended up being expired also. Thank goodness I checked it all when we got it. They didn’t have any other milk that wasn’t expired so we got Apple juice. I was worried about the rest of their food so I tried it prior to them eating. I shouldn’t have to do that. The only clean-ish part of the restaurant was the play set itself and the closed off party room.We will definitely just try to find somewhere else that doesn’t have a playground but is cleaner when traveling. This place was disgusting.

Worst service. Went thru the drive thru. They had me pull forward. Sat there for 20 mins. Went inside to see what was up, they didn't have my order. Guy just started picking up random sandwiches to get me out of there.

Count your nuggets! I only got 17 on my 20 piece order.Calamity! I could understand 1 or 2 short. But 3 is outrageous!-1 star for each missing nugget.

Food we get is always good that's the only reason we keep coming back. We order online on app and do curbside pick up and everytime the person who brings out our food is very snubbing kinda just throws food bag in window and everything is shoved in one bag and If I ask for a sec bag or anything they get mad tonight the girl just ignored my request then when I went in to get it myself she was at front register and wouldn't even look at me even though coworks where busy doing other things she was just standing there
