I ordered a large pineapple, ham, bacon pizza & a medium pepperoni with jalapeños pizza. They gave me a large pepperoni & medium pineapple & ham. The pizzas we did get had no sauce either. We live too far to drive back so it ruined up our lunch. Very disappointed!

I am going to start with the actual reason I WILL NOT use pizza hut any more. Listen up Pizza Hut! after ordering from you for many years I now cannot pay cash due to Pizza Hut outsourcing their deliveries to Door Dash. second irritation is the S*** app that never allows me to redeem my rewards without ordering other food I don't want. your employees are methed out, rude and quite frankly nasty..That is both locations in Ardmore. Step your game up. the nostalgia is gone and what is left is the aftermath of corporate greed. I sent my order to papa johns. I don't even like papa johns.

Ordered a pizza at 4:53pm it was supposed to be delivered by 5:25pm. I get the notification texts says it’s out for delivery at 5:45pm and it’s 6:10pm still no pizza. Called the store 4 times nobody answers. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again after this. If I hadn’t already paid for my order I would be going somewhere else.

we tried to order on my friends phone but we aren’t in “city limits”. we live in ardmore area, so i don’t understand. and when we tried to call again, a guy cursed us out

He asked about my day and I couldn’t even lie… I told him it was my hardest day ever, we completed our transaction and this is what I got!!!! Thank for lifting my spirits.
