Our first time here, service was struggling, turns out the waitress was new. My steak I ordered was over done and then it was remade mostly raw, while the rest of my parties food was cold as well. When we speaked with the manager and she personally went and cooked my steak personally and proceeded to comp our whole meal for us. It was an experience that was saves by great service on the part of the manager Christy. We will be back because of her.

Fryer was down, so half the menu was off limits, food was aweful, cold brown gravy on mashed potatoes, cold broccoli with the steak, cold shredded cheese tossed onto a baked potatoe, no Mason jars for drinks, no peanuts either. Rachel had a smile, though. Good service. Unfortunately, I won't be back to this Santa Fe, I'll go to Ada.

This place is super quaint and fantastic. Atmosphere was country western. Great music is playing in the background. The decor is super fun with different taxiderny animals around. ? There are tons of nostalgic signs hanging on the walls, and the brick walls are built with old beer cans integrated into the brick and mortar.This is definitely a place to celebrate or cool date night and just an all-around great spot for taking family out to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the appetizers! Our waitress was spot on and wonderful. A must for ordering is the chips and dip trio! Will absolutely be dining in again soon.

My medium-rare steak and no pink to it. Baked potato was far from being done. We saw the server move uneaten rolls from one table to the next. I will say the catfish was good. We decided to try again after years of not visiting. We are officially done going to this location.

We always have the most kind, helpful, friendly quick service whenever we are there!! Chanda is the best bartender hands down! Quick, friendly, and always happy! We love her!! She definitely is a huge reason we love going there to eat, and huge asset to the company!!

The place and the food was wonderful. We were a very large group, they got us setting in no time.The waiter was excellent. He knew his job and he executed it very well.The place was clean but certain spots u parked ur car the birds would dump on it...a lot!I will certainly go there again and recommend it as a good place 2 dine.

Think I will still probably go up to Ada if I want to steak. Might go in here when I go to doctors and they tell me I am still a little anemic and need beef. I still can't forget the time before I was in there
