Normally service isn’t too bad, but tonight was awful. It seemed like two of the Young employees were focused on flirting with each other, instead of focusing on the orders coming through.

Ordered twenty bucks of food. Asked for a few peppercorn ranch cups. Got charged 2.40 for three cups. Got three half full cups. So that was pretty unfortunate. Not as bad as the middle of the night when I was fighting with my spouse over who gets the toilet. We're both exploding at both ends .

When you order a chicken sandwich and it finally comes out, and the chicken is hard as can be, and the manager is one back fixing food. As a manager, they should not put chicken out that is hard as a rock cooked..

Waiting outside the Arby's, not crowded at all, called several times, no answer, finally answered and was immediately hung up on after asking if they discontinued an item. Called back again and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and impatient.

One of the 2 beef & cheddar sandwiches we just bought at the drive thru had a long nasty half brown half blond hair in the sandwich. Threw it in the trash. We won't buy Arby's again.

Hwy 75, Bartlesville late evening. The lady at the drive-thru window chatting up her ride home for a few minutes. I pull up to the window, she could not have more unfriendly/aggogant/annoyed with me for any unknown reason. I've been a customer since 1973. So fifty years ago her attitude would have been alarming. Today, I suppose crewmembers know how they can treat customers and take their unhappiness out on the very people who fund her paycheck.
