I've been quite a few times now & it's not bad. Limited menu and literally no exceptions can be made not even if you are allergic to something added on top for garnish.

I don't know how you can mess up a hamburger and fries but over the years the quality has declined. If you're going to dine then yes but for takeout that's a big NO!

You know it bad food and bad service when an 18% tip is added to bill without you agreeing to a tip. If server is worth any tip we should be able to determine that by how well they served us. Bartender choose to refill her friends drinks after tells us she would with us a second but served her friends first while we stood there like we were nobody.john taffer would laugh at how this place is ran and would not even want to eat here let alone wait to be seated. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to be seated while there are empty tables available and can't even get a drink while we waited cause bartender refills her friends drinks before us period. Don't tell us you will be with us in a second if you don't plan on serving us. Sorry for the long comment but service sucked .

Service sucked 30 to 40 wait to be seated so we went to bar area to get drinks and bartender said give me a minute after we had been standing there for a bit, bartender decided to serve her friends first and forgot about us period. So our first time there was our last time there period. Didn't even get seated. If I could give it no stars I would. Why would we even want to try the food if the service sucks

A gem in Bartlesville, OK!! We were in town and noticed it was ranked 16th best pub food in Oklahoma, so we had to visit. Hey, there is no sign, but it's worth the moment of confusion. Owners Katie and Adam had a tasty Saturday brunch menu the day we were there. A full bar and close to 15 tables in the dining area. We snacked on impossibly large blueberry muffin to start. We shared the breakfast burrito smothered in possibly the best green chile sauce I have ever tried. Wonderful vibe and smiling wait staff!!

We came here through a recommendation from a friend who is from Bartlesville. It is her 50th birthday and was told to come to Frank and Lola’s specifically. Miranda was one of the most out going, friendliest bartenders we have come across in a long time. My wife’s martini was made perfectly and of course the Makers tasted better when poured from someone else. Thank you for your conversation and laughs! We started with the calamari, it was perfectly balanced with the wasabi aioli and chili sauce. The tempora batter was light and fluffy and perfectly cooked. The pulled pork was juicy and had and great finish from cumin. The pico de gallo and rice were a great accompaniment to the BBQ. We will definitely come back our next visit to Bartlesville.

It can get loud if busy but I enjoyed it with my family. They sell the paintings so keep an eye on the kids if they sit on the inside of the booth just in case. My favorite dessert is the bread pudding. I'm tied on appetizers (green chili fries and calamari) because both are great. I always tend to get the Johnny burger. This time I tried a Moscato (I think, I wanted to be surprised) it was white and super sweet with a subtle bite, just how I like it.

Had the catfish sandwich but it was on a hamburger bun and the catfish could have been better needed more salt in the bread. They made it from some big catfish. My opinion is once the fish is bigger than the forearm it's tasty satisfaction diminishes. The haunted story is caused by the mortal fear of the unknown and some scary cats. The cook team didn't look to enthralled to be there and I believe it showed on my plate. Other than that, had the best seat in the house of which was an honor at the bar. The service is bar none the best in that part of the state. It's a great place of smiling faces and utmost respect.

It's super loud. Service was ok, it was a little slow and servers were just doing their job. Took 20 minutes to get food, which was good, and another 20 minutes to try the bread pudding, which is super good, which is why I didn't give a worse review. This was a 1st visit. I think my last, it was stressful with all the loud noise.
