While they surprisingly cooked over medium eggs correctly the first time, unlike most places in Bville, there were issues. My wife's waffle was barely cooked and basicly just shredded apart after she asked for it crispy. You could tell they don't wipe their griddle between orders as my scrambled eggs were clearly cooked in the same spot they had just done something with onions in it, I can't stand onions so this didn't work for me and I was unable to eat them. Hannah, my server was amazing, they were packed busy and there was a small mistake but it was instantly taken care of, she was extremely professional and I saw her helping all customers around me being extremely polite. If you come to Jimmy egg I would highly recommend requesting Hannah.

The food was excellent . It was nice that they offered turkey sausage and egg whites . The server was super sweet and prompt. And the restaurant was really clean . That was our first time eating there will definitely be back !
