1st, let me say i love Schlotzskys. Ordered a deluxe original. Got a regular. Told them they did made it right. Someone before us had spilled a whole drink on the floor. Ladies next to us said be careful, we told them already. I told them again, the girl said "I know". The Ladies finished their meal. We finished ours, and by the time we left, nobody had ever come to clean it up. There is only a few tables so hard not to step in it. They built the store way too small. The kitchen looks like everyone is cramed in there. Service is because of it.

Sandwiches are so good but those cinnamon rolls they are serving today are old and stale. I thought they would give the warm ones out of the case but that is definitely not the case. I will not order another one for sure. 5 dollars is alot for something stale and

Schlotzsky's is always a great idea for sandwiches. They have been around many years, but they are fairly new to Bartlesville. Waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Never got them. Had to demand a refund.Worst customer service ever. Manager yelled at me that it's not her job to communicate with customers.Will never spend a cent there again and will spread it on social media for everyone to avoid it.

Some of the best fast food around, although it's a little pricey for just grabbing a bite.Parking: Not a lot of parking but it's usually enough although the drive thru can go out into the street and make it difficult to get into the parking lot.
