Well,West side sonic is all i can call it.Went thru drive thru. Got home and the hot dog was about two days old in my chili dog couldn't even cut thru it. Ordered extra strawberries for my slush. I got no strawberries at all.My husband went back to get the dog replaced. First the manager said it was fine(,it was really really old) .so then they made my husband drive all the way back home and get the slush out of the trash,and take it back up there.Well that was ridiculous and my husband told them that and the manager started cussing my husband out. And actually FOLLOWED HIM TO OUR HOUSE. Drive by cussing at him .drive around the block cussing at him . Cannot believe this really happened over 2.99 hotdog and 2.99 slush plus .50 for extra strawberries.It should not have even ever happened at all.Good job team.

This is what a ultimate meat and cheese with no sausage sub bacon well done looks like from this sonic. Picture was taken right after I open burrito I didn’t even open the inside because the burrito was so poorly wrapped I could notice instantly the order was wrong. On top of the horrible workmanship of the “burrito” I waited around 15 minutes for this unfortunately I didn’t check my bag until I got home. Called the establishment had to return the burritos and got a refund for the food. Figured I would just go across town and order from a better sonic. I never leave bad reviews but when I only wanted to get my food go home and eat this caused extra gas and an extra 20 minutes of travel just to get food done correctly. Also no one seemed to care or be apologetic for the inconvenience.
