After my child posted a review, she was informed by someone within this location that a manager had been on my child's/minor's Facebook trying to determine if my child actually posted the review or if someone else did. That is disturbing beyond measure that you (an adult) would basically search out someone's Facebook (a minor) regarding their review, just to make yourself look better? That is called creep factor 101. Guess what?? - as an adult and not a child - what kind of supervisor or manager does this and instills that type of mentality in the workplace? We will not frequent this location and will recommend the same to friends and family.

The hot little chic that built our subs wore a jersey that said "the Champ" and that she was working circles around her coworker. She definitely knew how to make a sandwich and I'll be going back. I may be in love. ❤️

This location is more convenient for me since it is on my way home. However the 3 times I have visited this location the staff has been extremely rude to me. They have just informed me customer service is not their job. I will never go back to this location. I have been in contact with the corporate offices and will make sure they get the memo that customer service is their job and maybe and not to treat people the way they do!!

This is the skimpiest sandwich I've ever paid for. Meat was underweight/specs, veggies were underweight/spec too and barely toasted. The ONLY thing that was decently done about what I ordered was the dressing amount.IDK why everything was under loaded on my order, but REALLY?1. If you're trying to cut food costs, that's understandable. But cutting helpings by 1/3 to 1/2 of company standards is unacceptable. And leaving off items is absolutely beyond the pale.2. You ran out of stuff on the line? I placed an online order, it could've waited for 2-3 minutes while you restocked. Stop being lazy.3. Was this sandwich light because you didn't want to deal with wrangling it? I know I order a large sandwich (for $8.50 it should be the size of Texas. That's what I order, so that's what I expect). Just because I wasn't standing there watching you put it together doesn't mean I can/should be shortchanged. Again leaving off items is horrendous. I know it's a full-on mess cutting and wrapping this sandwich. It's okay, just stuff the fall out in the wrapper and put napkins in the bag, I'm good with that.I avoid this location because this isn't the first time this has happened, but this is the worst of the past 7 years. If I didn't work downtown, I would NEVER spend my money here.I'll just go across town from now on, they always get my order right and in the right proportions.
