“After ordering dinner, I went for Catsup and Braums sauce. The sauce dispenser was empty, so I said something to the young man working the dining room. His name is Anthony. He actually Thanked me for letting him know!!! That was a first!! He immediately went to the back and retrieved a new bag of Braums sauce and filled the dispenser before my food was ready!!! The restaurant was clean, tables were clean.Not sure when he started working for the Blackwell Braums but they need to do all they can to keep him employed there. This was the best service I've had at any Braums store in several years.Thank you Anthony for giving me a better opinion of Braums customer service. Hope you stay around.“
