I don't know if the booths look that way on purpose... but they were ripped all over the seat, so eating there in a dress is not comfy at all. The salad was good, and the burnt ends were ok but nothing special, I like better the ones that my hubby smokes... also I ordered the whole portion but I thought that was actually a small portion. For the price of $16, I was still hungry. I had the 1 piece catfish lunch, and it comes with one side, and I ordered a hot link to go with it. At moms diner for 16 plus tax you get 2 sides a roll 3 jumbo shrimp 7 oz catfish. They lost a star for that because the food is good at both.

Atmosphere was as you might expect, but small, this place has been here for a very long time. The barbeque sauce was excellent but I had none on my tray, but they quickly fixed that with more than I needed. The service was excellent but the place is small, we had a party of 6, and they were very prompt in getting us a seat. The food was good, but the portions were small, but was proportionate to the price.
