I had a brisket sandwich. Quite possibly the juiciest, most tender brisket I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself has a “chain restaurant” vibe but the food is on a higher level. I will definitely be back!
Overall it was good as always. I just don't recall their bologna being so thinly sliced. Which is fine!. But my 18months old had the same size and amount from the kids menu. Had I known that, I woulda ordered from the kids menu to save a couple bucks ha

I am a frequent customer of this Billy Sims and they always treat me well! The food is always fresh and delicious! They always treat me politely and courteously. It's one of my favorite locations in Tulsa. I just LOVE the sliced Brisket and all the sides are great! Great Job Ya'll!!
I ordered a $200 family meal and didn’t get any plastic forks or anything or napkins and the chop brisket was fat. It was disgusting for as much as it cost. It should’ve been way better. The desserts was a joke, the banana pudding, and the other thing in the cups for everybody. They got a spoonful I mean I was very disappointed for how much it cost and I won’t be buying that again there and I wouldn’t recommend it.

service was horrible , came in 01/14/24 at 5:48pm it was snowing and cold obviously but their door said sorry we close at 7pm still a full hour and 12 minutes before close we walk in no one’s up front no one’s anywhere after two minutes a lady walks out rolls her eyes and says we close in 10 minutes then a few minutes following another worker walks out and says oh great and the first worker says exactly ( referring to us coming in before close) they start telling us we can’t dine in and have to takeout which is fine because that was the plan but they just complained the whole time we were there didn’t even really get a good experience.

Billy Sims has a really good chopped brisket sandwich and ribs. I recommend also trying the triple 20. 9 out of 10 would go

Got 3 Frito chili pies which usually are great but they serve them with the chili on top of Fritos now and they didn’t ask if I wanted onions and put them all over them. I only wanted them on 1 of the 3. Please go back to serving these like you used too. I only live 2 miles from this location and they were disgusting and soggy by the time I got home. Chips tasted stale as well, we got a third to eat later but now it’s going in the trash. Wasted money. Please serve with a bags of chips and onions on the side like you have been doing for years. Soggy Frito chili pies are not enjoyable. This pic is after I tried to pick out the onions, they were everywhere.
Wish we had a store near where we live. The brisket was great and the pulled pork was even better.

Did take out. Got the Family deal for $40. It was delicious. Sliced brisket, baked beans, potato salad. Fed 3 adults and have lots of leftovers. Highly recommend.
