I really like braums. But i get cold old fries 98% of the time. They hv really gd fries when they r fresh. When ordering fries i hv to say i want fresh fries. Wow. Should not hv to say that. Not gd customer service on that. So i pay for cold old fries. Sad!

Champagne at the drive thru at 2:37pm on Saturday April 28th, was extremely rude when taking our order. There was no patience for the 15 seconds it took to get everyone’s drinks picked out and then kept cutting off my mother in law, who is a cancer survivor. Being busy isn’t an excuse to rush the customers when all you’re doing is taking orders. If she’s not a child worker developing her customer service skills, there is no excuse for an Adult to act this way. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will recommend friends and family to avoid the Braum’s on Kenosha and Elm.

The service has always been a bit pleasant with the chain. For FF the taste is good, better most of their competitors.Unfortunately the stores needs more TLC with the cleaning for the entire chain from Texas throughout Oklahoma and Missouri. This is clearly a representation of the corporate oversight of the stores. I'm hoping that the corporate office will we'll see the increase their cleaning recommendation. I do not say this out of any malance or otherwise negative attitudes, I just hope that they would create a better cleaning objective for their stores.As thoroughly enjoy ice cream. Where do I buy ice cream in any other place because of the great selection and flavors. Very good display of products.
One of my favorite bacon cheeseburgers and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit is by far my favorite breakfast sandwich.

I have to leave a 1 star after being in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Then I got told to wait at the door near the drive thru for another 3 minutes for a single shake. Managers need to step up and keep the workers on task.
