Haven't been to a Carl's Jr in a few years. This one has a playroom. Two separate times we tried to go here with our grandson (a month between), but the playroom was closed. We left.The place was deserted on a weekday during dinner rush (twice). Open the playroom and that may change.Kid-friendliness: they are not kid friendly. they have a playroom, but it has been closed for awhile.

Went here and ordered 2 western bacon cheeseburgers, one chicken and Swiss burger and one famous star, nothing on it except ketchup. I had no idea this simple order would tie up the next 2 hours of my life.Pulled up to window and I asked if the famous star was plain with nothing on it except ketchup. The person said yes. Then I was asked to pull around front so I did. We sat outside for 45 minutes waiting. Finally they bring out our order. I start driving home and my son discovers his burger is missing. So I turn around and go back to drive thru. I tell them through the speaker about the order being messed up. The same person from before asked what was messed up and I told him. He said ok and asked me to pull around front again. So I did..We waited another 45 minutes until my son went in to see what the problem was. They hadn't even been making the burger. They claimed they thought we drove away. They finally start to make the burger and my son discovers that during all this time, it turns out 2 workers were in the back squirting mustard all over each other instead of doing their job. So that is my experience at this location. Thats 2 hours of my life I won't get back for too high priced fast food. Will not be going back..

The food was majorly lacking, the burgers just did not taste right and really the only good part were the french fries and classic sauce. The customer service was on point though. I would give 4 stars but the food really just wasn’t worth it.

This Carl's Jr used to have the best biscuits and gravy in town and I would get a double order almost everyday on my way to work however the last 4 times I've gotten an order the gravy has been terrible and is the consistency and taste of warm milk turning them into the absolute worst biscuit and gravy in town therefore I will be finding a new breakfast location to stop at in the morning

Nobody here It says opens at 7am sunday and 6am during the weekdays. I guess there a hour late opening every day. Fix your hours or show up on time!!
Myself & my wife have eaten here at this location numerous times food is usually awesome as always, but today on 3/9/2024 @2:00pm has been the worst we've ever eaten.The burgers were alot skinnier & tasted like they were cooked on a grill not flame broiled, the fries were barley warm, & not to mention it took over a half an hour just to get our order. If this keeps up I'm sure we will never eat here again. There was only one other customer in side & only 4 cars in drive through so not very busy at all.

This restaurant is hardly ever busy and I always get immediate service. I've been here probably five or six times now and I haven't had a bad experience. My 8-year-old daughter likes the play area. I hope this particular Carl's Junior never closes...
