Chick-fil-A always has a impecable service. Diagnosed one of their lowboys in the kitchen. Coil needed to be cleaned. They needed a quote. But very good food. The owner Amanda, gave me a free meal for our work which was super kind of her. Didn't have to do that but she showed gratitude for our work which is foreign in my line of work. So shout out to her

I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A since I was literally 16 about seven years now tried to come in and get my reward for my birthday and man he made it hard the plus the first attendant couldn’t even explain to me how the rewards program worked ! All it was was a brownie and they told me I couldn’t even have it because it wasn’t showing up in their app, which was super confusing, because I had called ahead of time so I wouldn’t have wasted the drive to figure out how to redeem my birthday rewards, and the gentleman just said come to the location order the brownie in the app, and it should go through got to the window and the gentleman said I couldn’t have it. I don’t understand and honestly kind of frustrated because I wouldn’t have wasted the drive guy said that I could call and have it added, but what’s the point of going through that over a brownie I mean if anything because of just courteous taking my ID and say happy birthday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
