It was really good. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and cute inside. Lots of seating. I hope more people try this place out. Seems like it has a lot of potential.

Today was the first time I tried Chicken Salad Chick. Everything I had was delicious! I had the Olivia's Old South on a croissant with a cup of potato soup and pasta salad. It was all very good. What I want to point out is the customer service, it was phenomenal. Every staff member I met was friendly, with a positive attitude. I will definitely return.

So glad Chicken Salad Chick is back in Broken Arrow and ran by corpate. Customer service is excellent. From the Grand Opening until today the same sweet employee waited on me 10 times! Oh yeah and I love the chicken salad.

After hearing they were reopened I became obsessed with my favorite meal. Chicken,apples, pecan, and grapes sandwichAfter going almost every other day and it was so good. But the last sandwich you couldn't see or taste the apples or pecans. So I called and the manager said they grained so you may not see or taste the features items. I explained my call was an FYI because I thought it was a bad batch. Mistakes happens. But why would I buy a sandwich where you can't taste the feature items, I decided to give them a break. But I love the sandwich when it's made right! Sorry because I wasn't asking them to give me anything, just be consistent in the food quality.
