Drivethru service. I was asked to wait for a moment even though there was nobody in line or inside when i pulled up. I dont know if there is supposed to be sauce that comes with the chicken tenders, but i wasnt offered any. I did not receive any silverware to eat my mashed potatoes. They were friendly when they spoke and i got my food quickly. Everything tasted ok, but would have been better with sauce for the chicken and a spoon for the potatoes. And maybe a little salt.

This is probably the worst fast food experience I have had in a long time. The wait on the drive through was close to 15-20 minutes and the staff was extremely rude. It really stinks because the food is good but the service here sucks!! absolutely terrible!! The drive though lady Kimra could really be retrained.

We ordered a family meal with Spicy Chicken & 8 biscuits at the drive through. We had to pull forward and wait for over 10 minutes. When we got home, the chicken was not spicy flavored, it was the plain chicken. We also only had 6 biscuits instead of 8.We tried calling the store several times &they would never answer their phones. We finally got through to the manager this morning, 3/6/24. She told us too bad!

Didn't even get waited on at 8:50pm in the drive-thru, with someone clearly present in the kitchen. And they don't close til 10:30pm. Do not recommend this place at all.

They knew they didn't have enough and even that one guy that was helping me ask his coworker if she would put in some more hot spicy chicken she said no so we just turned around and gave me mixed cuz he didn't feel like doing it either and I order spicy the big box of spicy it's anymore you have to check almost every piece so you have to you have to hang around

Asked for extra legs in my 12 piece instead of thighs. Had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. I don't mind waiting at all for fresh food. After I got home I didn't get my extra legs. I have 3 young kids that only eat legs. I only got 4 legs the rest were thighs.
Chicken was hot and juicy, the staff was friendly.
