We called in our take-out order ahead of time. When arrived it was not ready. After more than 20 min. I asked about the order. It had been sitting in the warmer since before we got there!!! By the time we got it home, we had warm it.

Service is horrible there was hardly any pizza available and the credits for the games don't go very far also if you order wings and decide to take them to go you have to PAY for a box to take home wings you already paid for. It's better just to go to Chuck E Cheese just avoid this place

Laid back environment. Nice staff. Try not to be there right after rush hour as it might take a little while for them to clear the tables for you. (A lot of messy eater clients and their kids usually!)

The pizza was cold and nasty it looked like it has been up there for several hours !!!the cheesy bread didn’t even look like it was raised,cold,nasty. It was gross.I’ll never eat at that CiCi’s again in Broken Arrow.
We had a very nice, early dinner visit. The staff was excellent as well as the service. We really enjoyed the buffet with delicious pizza, salad and dessert.

I went to eat here a few weeks ago and ordered the buffet, the food is still good here after all these years (I haven't been to one in a while). Pizza still tasted the same, salad and dessert were good as always and the price is very cheap. I recommend it for a laid-back afternoon out.

This location is newly updated it seems. They do a great job keeping the menu hot and fresh. There is a big area in the back for birthdays and also an arcade area. Check it out!
