Drove thru to get a couple of ice cream cones. Ordered a small and medium crunch cone. Got to window and are told, it'll be $10.06. WHAT? That can't be right. Guy tells us he doesn't have a button on register for the crunch so charges us some random amount equaling $10+. Told him thanks, but no thanks and drove to QT for an awesome $1.79 cone. Won't be going back to DQ anytime soon.

This has nothing to do with the service, they were so nice and accommodating! However, we went for a classic DQ birthday cake (my sister’s absolute favorite) and we cut open the cake and there was only vanilla ice cream in the center. The typical “classic DQ cake” has vanilla ice cream on top and chocolate ice cream on the bottom. On the side of the cake in the ingredients, it says vanilla and chocolate ice cream so that’s what we were expecting. Upon calling the store, they said they do not have chocolate ice cream, they only use vanilla for everything. When they make/need chocolate ice cream, they mix chocolate syrup with vanilla to make it. Do not get a birthday cake from this DQ if you are expecting the classic chocolate/vanilla cake!!

16 year Olds shouldn't be left to run a restaurant, and I shouldn't have to let them know I need my food that's been sitting in the window for 20 minutes while I try to get there attention. There's 3 people here working and I'm one of 2 orders... I'm not interested in returning ?a copy and paste response from the owner is all I need to know.
Only 2 Dairy Queen’s in the entire state and this one can’t figure it out. Blizzards are what they are known for and this store is always out of something or are unable to make them. Or it takes them 20 mins just to make 2 blizzards… Only at this location do I have pay extra for more filling otherwise, it is just a cup of ice cream. Compared to every other DQ in the country, this location in Tulsa OK is an embarrassment. Idk who is running the store but it is clear they don’t have a good concept of how to stock inventory. Very clear that DQ is not popular because the service at the only one available is HORRIBLE.If you are planning on visiting this location, I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they have in stock what you are wanting.

Went in Saturday night 7 pm-8 pm. The male shift lead I quote " if you have a gun shoot me in the head" said to a customer as greating to take his order. He was kind taking our order, no foolishness. The lobby pop machine had various selections out of order, ice machine was not working either. Observing that he was completing the previous customers orders. I waited and asked if he could fill my cup with ice, as I was asking he sighed. Over all his attitude was of annoying, Frustrated, unhappy. This man needs maybe a vacation a raise maybe idk ?♀️
