I got my order delivered and it was cold. Noone knocked in the door, they just left it on the porch.When I called to complain the general manager was very rude but did say would give me a credit. I won’t order from here again!

This is the second time my order has been messed up but this takes the cake!!! I ordered the special they are advertising right now. AND THEY MISSED THE SECOND PIZZA! When I called they said I would have to pay a separate delivery fee to deliver the PIZZA I AREADY ORDERED that they forgot to deliver. DONE WITH DOMINOES.

Not sure, but drivers and cooks, either take your job serious or find a new one!! Pizza was not cooked as to specifications, toppings stuck to the inside top of the box, no knock on the door and pizza left outside in the cold. I'll have to pick my orders up for now on or I'll switch company to order from. Thanks guys are bunch of clowns ? ? ? ?

dominos is a "nothing special" pizza place when compared to nice pizza places like andolinis, or hideaway pizza.what dominos has over other places is the deals they offer on orders, they have several codes and secret deals that put them on top if you are looking for sone cheap pizza, the quality for the price is actually quite exeptional all things considered.
I hate choosing a spot to spend my money at and the mess the food up. If u ask for light sauce they don't care they will add extra. Seems like if you order more sauce they won't give that either according to someone else's review.

I don't know what the standards are to work here, but they must be low. The last 3 time I've ordered from this location it has been a nightmare! They have one employee that can't do simple math, another that can't take an order and a manager that is beyond rude. Then to top all that off the app has been messed up for 2 months now and every order gets sent to the Houston location even when you select the 23rd location.
