i had an issue in the past and they took care of it. went back today to get some steak nachos and had $100 bill (wouldnt take the $100 cause to big and a debit card (no chip on card...so only swipe) and the guy messed with his computer for id say 5 min and had no clue how to swipe a card (figured he could swipe a card or enter the info into machine).. finally I gave up and got my card back and left... that should be pretty simple.

This place is awesome! The taco meats are authentic and flavorful. Straight forward street tacos. The pizzadilla is an experience 3 layers of tortillas cheese, Asada, sour cream, and salsa verde. Cheese dip, guacamole, and salsa are all very good.

Waaay overpriced. The taco truck at 41st and county is better priced and has much better flavor. Don’t waste your time or money at Don Pepes.

I call it a 'hole in the wall' place due to the size - seating about couple dozen diner at a time. The shrimp Botana is well worth the visit as well as their shrimp cocktail served with avocado slices and about 18 to 20 jumbo shrimps in a very delicious sauce.
