We hardly ever eat out, but ended up hungry down in Broken Arrow and the menu looked good. the food was excellent! I ordered something would never usually order and got the catfish meal. It was the only time I ever finished Cole slaw, SO GOOD! Even the okra was perfect and not soggy at all. Husband got the pimento cheese burger that was tall, juicy and so flavorful. Best of all was the excellent service. Dee is the sweetest, and the manager checked in on us. Would absolutely return!

So wasn't overly impressed with the burger. The bread was probably the best part and I was so glad it wasn't stale... the meat was big and juicy but no memory tasting grill marks or special seasoning in their meat. Really under seasoned if you asked me if you are selling truffle fries as a side item. It was more like someone got a wrong seasoning on the fries but at least they weren't bad. Could have just been the day or the cook but nothing to rave about. Will have to come back and try something else again.

Did not enjoy the experience. Food was over priced and mediocre and the service was incredibly slow even though my group were the only patrons there.

Got there at 6:40 didn’t get seated until 7:45. Place wasn’t even that busy. Didn’t get our food until almost 9. Food was horrible. My buddy who would never In a million years say anything bad sent his food back because he couldn’t cut his chicken fried steak. Worst restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. With that service and quality of food they won’t stay open long.

My girls and I chose Franklin's as our location to catch up, have a bite and some drinks. This was my first time here, and I can say I was disappointed that I've never been here before. Deanna was our server, she was great! Made great recommendations and was very helpful with everything! The drinks were incredible and the food delicious, the tater skins I will be dreaming about till I return just for them! We had the nachos, cheese curds and pork rinds and I can honestly say that everything was great! Strawberry lemon drop martinis!! So good! Mimosa bucket, was perfect for the 4 of us! The atmosphere was really chill and can't wait to get back again! Thank you for the amazing time!!

Be careful here, the vibes can be rocky. The drinks when we visited where definitely all syrup. Food was cold and half frozen from the salmon cakes to the fries and to top it off 2/3 of our group of food poisoning from that chili. So again be careful. The server was lackluster, not helpful but not terrible either.

Wife and I had our “date night” here tonight. They were fairly busy… the staff was very friendly and they were running their butt’s off. The food was great! Was only our second time to eat here, first was a couple of years ago.

Let me start with I will never be back again. The restaurant was dark and gave off a horrible feeling. We where seat right off the back which was nice. The table did not look clean even know the waitress stated it's just the rag fibers on the table. The waitress took our drink order and then went off and took care of other customers (2 other tables which went to the other waitress that was there). She came back 5 minutes later with our waters and asked if we wanted a starter we stated no. She would be back for the order. 10 minutes later she came back we decided to just order to small appetizers cause the other items did not sound or look good. We ordered with our waitress and that was the last time we saw her. One of the bartenders brought out our food to us. The food was horrible. We order the hot and fresh Franklin pork rinds and the Franklin fries. The pork ribs were not fresh tasted like they came from a bag. The seasoning that was suppose to be on them did not come with the pork rinds and cold before they hit the table. I had store bought rinds that were better. The fries where cold, the cheese was already cold and starting to harden and the cheese had a griddy feeling to it, the bacon looked crispy but was cold and chewy. How could the food be cold when you only have 3 tables that have customers at them. When it was time to go the other waitress come to check on us and brought us our ticket. She said no rush then left. The next time we saw both waitress was when they walked to the back together leaving us to flag down the 2 bartenders that where talking behind the bar not caring at all. So with our 30 minutes to maybe 45 minutes we had 4 different people kinda take care of us.. did not feel welcomed or a feeling of wanting to return. The prices are overpriced for what they are serving and the staff is not helpful at all. I've been to other restaurants that have more customers and less staff that took better care then this restaurant would ever do.

Wow - excellent food. The smoked meatloaf, wrapped in pork belly strips, was an creative twist on regular meatloaf - really outstanding. The chicken fried chicken tasted like actual chicken, not like a flattened fritter. Better than average Bloody Mary and some other interesting drink choices. We will definitely go again and take the family!

Can't say enough good things about Franklin's. They have the best monthly specials, creative appetizers, great steaks and yummy burgers.

Overpriced, undercooked soggy fries, overcooked burger, kind of awkward service but attentive. Very salty margarita, the mojito was good though. Overall a very bland experience, do not recommend.

Well I wanted to write a rave review about the burgers I've heard so much about, but it didn't happen and here's why. You walk in, a few min after noon, there's a sign that says wait to be seated. So you stand there. After a few minutes someone approaches and said did you check in with the host? There is no host or host area, so they take us next door into a restaurant called toast, the lady says it's a 15-20 min wait. Okay, no seating available inside and it's hot, but out we go in order to social distance. Sit outside for 20 min, then move to the shade in their unoccupied patio seats for another 15. As we are seated. Out there we hear the waitress apologizing profusely to pea please that had eaten on the patio for how slow she's been, not a good sign. I approach inside and check on the times tons of seating obviously available. She says well you're here for lunch right? Yes. Let me go look over at franklins, there very obviously tables again in that side, even already cleaned. She places menus in the table, goes to grab silverware and comes back to seat us. At this point it's been 35-40 minutes. We sit down, look at the menu for their burgers, she gave us a toast menu with no lunch or burgers on it at all. We sit for 5 min, no one approached to offer drinks, nothing. My boyfriend is boiling and I simply say, we can leave if you'd like, and we did. Who I'm the heck runs this place? It's poorly managed for sure. This place is for the people who have no place to be and nothing planned for the day because you will definitely be there for a while. Have a good day and I hope someone enjoys their food.
