Love this Great American Cookie location! The employees are always so kind, and we love getting the individual cookies or the double doozies ( & no such thing as too much icing)! They always taste fresh, are so soft, and a double doozie is the same price as any other gourmet cookie franchise cookie too!
If I could give a zero I would! First off, I placed the order the night before and when they opened they canceled the order! Normally I wouldn't care but the service a d the cookie was disgusting and I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a must!! This is a tradition we have been doing this every year! We get a cookie cake and put something on it that makes us laugh and everyone loves it! We spent about 80 to 85 dollars after tipping 10 bucks and finally get the darn cookie cake and the writing is tacky!!! Half cursive and half print, WAY TOO MUCH icing!!! Like we love icing but they put so much my kids won't touch it, plus it's stale and hard as can be! The only part anyone can eat is the middle but there si so much icing we have to scrap it off. My kid couldn't even read what it said so it wasn't funny message! Some of the kids didn't believe me when I said what it was!!! I picked chocolate underneath for writing and vanilla on top because we dont like the vanilla as much as chocolate but instead of the normal thin lime you all draw on top with they did this huge thick layer. I mean I don't think anyone will ever eat one of the cakes again! They hearts were supposed to be empty not filled in with massive amounts of chocolate! I just can't! I have never had such a nasty hard old cake that looked that tacky! J will NEVER be back to that location! I might never be able to eat another cookie cake ever again! Stay awake from this location! They definitely can't decorate and they can't tell when something is old to throw it out! Yuck yuck yuck!!! I'm so disappointed it this location!!! Clean, service was okay at best, cookie selection poor. I bought 1/2 doz. I paid $14.12 and to be honest these cookies aren't that good. The chocolate chip ones are kinda stale around the edges like they were baked yesterday. The double chocolate ones better. The white chocolate chunk was again a bit stale. Very over priced cookie for the quality. I don't recommend this place. Walmart deli cookies taste better and don't cost as much. But hey that's just my 2 cents!

Marble Slab is always the best last place for our shopping stops while in BA.. it's not too far from Target and Bass Pro... the service behind the counter are friendly and super attentive. I suggest the waffle cone cups and a cheesecake and a scoop of raspberry. Any day is the best time to drop in.

This creamery is amazing! My family and I bought a cake here and it was yummy! I love how they mix in the sprinkles unlike some other shops, and the ice cream tasted wonderful, although the cups were big!

Ordered online and got a call to confirm. This is awesome! I said tiny white flowers around the edge, not very much icing. They offered to add green leaves for an upcharge of $5.00. The flowers were HUGE, the size of the palm of my hand. The leaves have overgrown the cake. It's 90% covered in icing. I could have went to a cheaper place, but I thought this would be better. Solution for Great American Cookies: Ask a measurement. Listen to customers. Solution for me: be more specific about what "TINY" means. Add a measurement. "1/2."Maybe I wouldn't have 2.5 inch flowers.

Ordered cookie cake and provided a napkin for color/design reference - they did a really exceptional job - took time to color match and add details, even. Very pretty and well done - and yummy!

I ordered a custom cookie cake and it came out perfect and delicious. The employees were very courteous and got me my order quickly. I recommend the chocolate icing! I forgot to take a picture of it before my cat sat on the box and we already ate some haha. I will definitely be back!

Waited 15 minutes in line and they decided to skip me and move on to the family behind me instead and completely ignore me. Would not go here if you want to be treated fairly.
Horrible! I ordered twice in one day because my daughter had her birthday and all they wanted was cookie slices so I ordered a few and they only sent 1!!!!! So I ordered again 4 of them and again they only sent 1!!!! No call nothing!!! I asked uber for my money back since they only sent 1 when i ordered a lot of different cookies! Never will I be going back there! They definitely need new management or new crew since the evening shift is so horrible! Also took them over 2 hours to deliver it both times and no it wasn't because of uber they didn't even have it listed as a waiting order!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could
