Bourbon chicken was decent, but had a lot of inedible pieces should have been caught before they went into the pot! .. nobody likes to have a piece of chicken with ligaments or tendons still attached. Kinda gross and points to poor prep work.

The lady working behind the counter was helpful and the cooks preparing our food did an outstanding job! Normally I prefer buffet style Chinese restaurants but this place was so delicious! My food was fresh and everything was prepared to an excellent standard of quality. This just might be my new to-go to Chinese food spot!
