The sandwich itself taste good. What I don't like is every time I come here get something to go they always attempt to give me my food without putting it in the bag. I mean who wants to walk out a food restaurant holding their food in their hands. I assume their trying to save money but the sandwiches are expensive so a $0.1 bag isn't going to stop the profit.

I'm not one to ever leave a bad review... but my experience today deems it necessary... It started out standing at the front waiting for 3 to 4 mins before being spoken to. I was the only one in line at the time. The older gentleman that took my order was very pleasant. As far as the other tall younger guy, he was beyond hateful. He was slamming things around. He started walking to the back yelling out "if we don't have chicken someone is getting fired today" then proceeded to start slamming things when he got back to make the sandwiches. I get that people have a bad day but this was excessive! I felt very uncomfortable and felt even worse for his co-workers, having to working beside him. Not trying to get anyone fired but should definitely be addressed. I won't be going back to this location due to this experience.

I was not pleased with my service. I ordered ahead online and my food was not ready when I arrived. I waiting an additional 10 minutes in the drive through with no other cars present. I requested no tomatoes and there were tomatoes. I also ordered a combo with chips and a drink. I have to ask for both because they forgot. Employee only brought the drink and I had to ask for the chips again. Additional, I was called sir. I know it’s an accident, but just is the cherry on top for all the other disappointments.

The assistant manager I spoke to today named Jordan is very good at his job. Great customer service skills. He acknowledged the issue I was having, apologized, and immediately offered to fix the problem. I will be returning solely because if his service. Thank you Jordan.

Always a great sandwich. My favorite is the East Coast Spicy Italian. Ask for extra peppers. They aren't very hot and add a great flavor to the sandwich. I'm a no onion guy so I get mine without.

Freaky dirty! I’m afraid to eat my sandwich it was so unclean in the store. People coming into the store from the drive through who received wrong and incomplete orders. I couldn’t wash my hands in the bathroom due to random supplies in the sink. Tripping hazards blocking pathways. I will not be back to this location!

Usually these sandwiches are spot on but last time I ordered they gave me the wrong sandwich and most recently the bread was rock hard in places. I do pickup and can’t drive back which is annoying.

Don't waste your time or money. My sandwich had maybe 3 slices of ham, no extra lettuce, and 2 very thinly sliced pieces of cucumber. The pasta salad was maybe 2 bites and not good. Not to mention, it took 45 minutes to get here... I live 1 mile away. A complete waste of my hard earned money. I will never order from JJ's again. I should have gone with the pizza.
Placed an online order and an hour later it’s still not here. We called them and they said “it’ll be there in about 15 mins”. My job is 9 minutes away. We waited the 15 and still nothing. We called again & all they could say was “we’re running really behind today” and acted like they had no care in the world. I understand places get busy, but this is ridiculous. If you know you’re behind, tell people that when ordering.
