Every restaurant that has an app allows you to pickup at the drive thru. The KFC app does not allow it. The staff was rude while delivering that message. Deleted the app and possibly this restaurant.

Tonight was the third time I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget and received crumbs with only about five actual chicken nuggets. Absolutely disgraceful I will never come back to this KFC. They are lazy and do not do their job.

This location is consistently the slowest service if you get service at all. Went in today and stood at the counter to place an order but nobody came to the register. Two different people saw me and never even addressed me. Finally got tired of it and left.
Horrible customer service! I place an order and when I picked up my food I ask for sauce and they said I needed to pay for it. I order something that needs sauce.
