I ordered online yesterday 3/9 and it was a horrible experience. The pick up time was 5:45, order wasn’t ready until 6:30!! Then they forgot to put in half the chicken we ordered. We had to drive back to the restaurant after we got home and pick it up! Completely unacceptable. I’d like to speak to a manager about making this right. They did give us some free tea on the 2nd trip back to the store. So frustrating!!

Had to wait 40 minutes for a family meal. They brought the wrong one but the girl in the window got it right. She was very nice so how could I take my frustration out on her. She said a 15 minute wait that turned into 40 and the wrong order brought out . Don't wait till 6.

We’ve always loved KFC! We probably go once a month or so. Normally we get regular, not extra crispy, and it’s always perfect. Last time we went my husband decided to try extra crispy. That was a mistake. The chicken was startlingly dry.We’re going back to regular, no more extra crispy for us.

Thank you so much to the lady at the drive thru. Didnt catch her name but she is wonderful. Even though I had to wait for fresh fries, she was so nice and I didnt mind waiting! I love coming here.
When we walked in there, the manager said hello to my wife and I.The ice machine was out. She apologized profusely about it which is no big deal. You know she gave me some ice. Praying.The cashier was super really nice very friendly good food is one of our favorite places to eat at for chicken.

It was just an uncomfortable feeling like our lunch wasn’t gonna be fresh?. They had the new flavor of Mountain Dew or I thought they did. When I told the cashier about it he said yeah it needs changed but I think we might be out.
