I have to say that I'm extremely picky with desserts, and finding Laurannae was an awesome surprise. At first, when I entered, I felt like I was back in Manhattan (NY) in one of the fancy bakeries... so I was afraid that it was just looks but nothing tasting good... I have a sweet tooth, so I bought 7 different things... EVERYTHING (but 1 thing) was delicious. The Danish was soft and tasty, the almond croissant yummy, and the cupcakes wow the strawberry was my favorite, but the vanilla and bridal cake were delicious too. I normally (and sadly) can taste the box/premix flavor in most of the pastries... but not in Laurannae! Every taste is amazing and homemade but luxurious on the exterior. I am definitely getting my birthday cake and visiting very often now that I find them.I only have 2 tips I would like to share... first, in those bakeries I was referring to, when they keep everything in the fridge but warm them before serving it, if you take to go, they give you instructions on how to warm it, or how long to keep it in a room temperature so you enjoy it even better. And second, I witnessed how the girl that was in the register used her finger to stand a piece of cheesecake that had fallen on its side. In general, she didn't use any kind of glove, paper or tongs to grab, move or place around or in the box any of the pastries. So I would recommend to please use something so the people handling the food is not touching it with their bare hands... I know it is a busy place, but it is just hygiene :)

The food and atmosphere are so good and beautiful. But if you aren’t the only one in there it takes like 30+ minutes to get a drink. I’ve been in a couple times and every time I’ve seen them skip over my hot drink to make all the cold ones first. It’s still a great place for getting together for friends. I just wish they would do something about how they make drinks. It should go in order or bring the drinks to you so you aren’t in this huge crowd of other waiting customers right in front of the door. Seriously 30+ minutes for a hot chai tea! ? ?Dietary restrictions: They had several gluten free pastries and they were all delicious!!

Great place. It's sad that Google had it so low in its search rankings. They also have a great garden and event space.

I don’t know why this place is so popular. I’ve been a few times thinking it would be better each time, but it’s not. The service is absolutely terrible. It took almost 45 minutes to get a drip coffee. The girls working every time I’ve gone in have been apathetic, not willing to help, and not friendly or welcoming. The food and bakery items are so sweet it’s nauseating. It’s just not good, at all. There are so many better options in the Tulsa area. I will say the space and atmosphere are very cool. Such a waste.

Today March 17, 2024 12:30pm, I decided to visit Laurannae for their pastries. When I got there, I decided to get the Derby Pie and other items. After I ordered, I caught the cashier dropping my pie and saw her awkwardly looking around to see if anyone saw her slipping and then our eyes met. She proceeded to say "The table is clean" and then put the pie in the box. I was speechless. I got the pie and just threw it away when I got home. I did eat the other items, but definitely questionned if they were ever dropped as well. I do recommend how Laurannae's food tastes and their atmosphere, but if that's how they treat the food quality, I will be skeptical eating there from now on.

The last 2 out of 3 times I used this bakery, my order was wrong. The first time, the baker on staff apologized, corrected the cake error immediately, and I was given a $10 refund for theinconvenience. This past December was my grandmother's 100th birthday and I gave them another chance.Unfortunately, they messed up the order big-time and I had to return the second day with limited time to get to the birthday party. After spending hundreds of dollars for a cake and cupcake order, they were extremely rude and indignant when l asked for a manager and a $20 discount for the huge inconvenience. I never got the discount even though the manager on duty said I would. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

You don’t go here for the food. You go here for the atmosphere. The food is honestly terrible, but the ambiance is chefs kiss. Stale baked goods.

Beautiful space with a cozy atmosphere! Great place to enjoy a meeting with friends or to hang out and study/work. Unfortunately, I won't be back as they had nothing I can eat, and I would like to support a place by buying more than just a drink if I know I will be staying for a few hours. As someone with a moderate milk allergy, all of their food items had some kind of milk product in it, even the soup. Even one of my favorite coffee shop drinks, spiced chai, was made from a powdered mix (unsafe for me as such mixes include milk powder) instead of a liquid base. Very disappointing. I hope they add a consistent couple of food items without milk products, because I would love studying here otherwise.

Ordered a red velvet cake for my husband’s birthday. It was absolutely stunning and tasted great. Everyone was over the moon at how nice it looked. The prices were really reasonable. Definitely will order from here again.

I've been a loyal customer of Laurannae since its opening, and they've played a significant role in my life. They crafted my wedding cake, my birthday cakes, and even my husband's birthday cakes - each one filled with love and memories. They always have consistent great service. Laurannae holds a special place in my heart. Their cakes aren't just beautiful; they're incredibly delicious too. Their pastries are heavenly, and the diverse coffee selection is a delightful bonus. It's the perfect spot for meet-ups, and I can't get enough of their charming patio. Laurannae is more than a bakery; it's a treasure in my life's journey.
