I went in for the first time today & they had EXACTLY what I needed, pill capsules for my oregano oil.The ladies there were very friendly & helpful & it was very nice to shop local & see this kind of shop still available. I will definitely be back!
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great selection of heath food items. Convenient hours. Well-maintained, clean, and well lit location. There is very easy access and ample parking.

Wow wow wow! Go here. Shop here. Love it here. Don't go to big box health food stores!! Shop local and shop small. What a selection of items and if they don't have what you need with enough lead time they'll get it for you. Quick in a pinch to pick up items I'd normally order bc other stores don't typically keep them on the shelves ... glass spray bottles, diy deodorant sticks, etc. a new one stop shop for me. Check into their clearance section!!
