Arrived to this Mazzio location at 11:00am which is when they are suppose to be open. All doors were locked. We waited outside for total of 15 minutes before going through the drive thru to see if anyone was inside. An elderly white lady came to the window and said verbatim “what you need” with an attitude. The lack of customer service and opening 15 minutes late is unprofessional. The hours on the door said this location open at 11:00am on Saturdays. We decided not to eat there after that interaction.

Don’t waste your time. I went for the first time to a Mazzios. Never again. On entry the restaurant lacked a clean fresh appearance. There was 1 couple in the entire restaurant. It was 4 pm so before the dinner rush. We ordered a small pizza and waited 33 minutes for it. The young man brings it to our table with no plates, silverware, or anything. It was mush. No crisp crust here. What a disappointment.

Early evening on New Year's Eve. Dining inside with about 6-8 other customers. Salad bar appeared lacking. Ordered at the counter. Staff wasn't rude, but also wasn't friendly. Never got a thank you. Pizza was good, but little slow on service. Maybe not enough staff for volume of drive thru & delivery.

Was in this location for the first time far cry from the experience at the downtown Tulsa location this one my pizza toppings were burnt the dining room is in bad need of cleaning and not too mention the buffet sure could be a lot cleaner I've noticed caked on oil and sauce remants looks like the buffet hasn't seen soap and watering years oh and the floor in the dining room despicable and don't you people know what Windex is your windows could use a serious cleaning inside and out . Oh got a glimpse of the kitchen from the drink area deplorable how do you people get a good grade from the health department maybe something under the table .Was here again today 12)7)23For lunch again still no improvement from my last visit infact the service is lousy and the dining room could be cleaner as well as the rest room . Now the food could have been hotter but I guess being severely understaffed that's to be expected and don't you people give your managers anytime off it's as if they live in the place .

Order 201. Calzone was supposed to be 4meat and is only sausage. There was supposed to be ranch with the calzone and cheese dippers but there is none.

We just ordered take out pizza. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The toppings were barely there and the chicken club pizza, horrible.

came in and immediately saw a pile of trash in front of the salad bar. Ordered the hot wings, a pepperoni pizza, and a cheese and olive pizza. Got the wings after 20 minutes and got sweet buffalo wings. When i brought it to an employees attention, he told me that i was wrong and that they were the hot wings. Everyone at my table hates hot stuff and told me that those were in fact the sweet wings too. Waited way too long for the lack of customers in the restaurant the pizzas came out lukewarm and uncut. We never got any plates to eat off of, my girlfriend had to go up to the counter and grab them from in front of the employee. My girlfriends cheese and olive pizza had mushrooms and onion pieces on it somehow. Overall a terrible experience and would not recommend ANY more business to walk through the door. $52 for terrible service.

We stopped in here after church at Church on the Move on Saturday night around 8:00. There was NO one else in the place. The staff there was very helpful & friendly. The pizza was WAY above average. I have had a lot of bad ones recently, but this one was outstanding. They put a LOT of toppings on it, including a ton of cheese & Italian sausage. By the way, Mazzios may have the best nice big tasty sweet Italian sausage of any pizza chain. Hut used to, but they cut corners & serve dog food now. If the dogs in question had low standards. The ranch was, of course, as always amazing. That is half of the Mazzios experience is the best ranch anywhere. Dip that pizza & crust, baby! This is now my #1 pizza place in town. Thanks, guys!
