Food itself was ok. My main complaint is they use door dash/grub hub. Second complaint is they didn't send any red sauce with my order even though it's on my receipt twice. Thier only suggestion was for me to come in and get it. If I had a mode of transportation I would of picked it up myself. Why else would I have food delivered.

Pizza is fantastic, one price one size add all you want to make yours. The Cake is a must have too. It’s like the old school Ding-dong before Hostess screwed them up and eliminated the aluminum packaging.

My pizza was cold. When I walked in they didn’t know where the order was. Would not recommend. Just not what I thought it was. The quality of food was just poor.

The pizza itself was good and good price. It wasn’t amazing but it was decent. The reason why it’s 1 star is because multiple times I saw the worker who was running the large open oven pick up the pizza toppings that fell off of the pizza and put them back on the pizza WITH HER BARE HANDS. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but before she did this she picked stuff off of the floor and touched her germy phone. When we sat down my husband went to go get up plates and asked a different worker if the plates were clean he found because a few plates over there were dirty and the worker literally said “of course they are clean. No! We leave dirty plates out for customers to use” then laughs and I respond with “girl he asked because he saw dirty plates” and she responds with “well people aren’t supposed to do that” and walks out. Terrible staff behavior except for the guy in the pink beanie who made our pizza he was the best.

Can anyone put the cheese up to the crust instead of having a 2 inch gap from crust to the cheese line. Also the gluten free crust is vomitous.

For what this pizza cost (14 dollars) I expect more than 7 pepperonis and a sprinkle of cheese. The side of ranch is enough for 2 bites. I understand being somewhat conservative because of inflation but this is ridiculous. Such meh pizza. Little Caesar's could do better and that's saying something!

Alex was wonderful!Today was our first visit to a MOD Pizza. Alex greeted us, walked us through the menu and order process. She made suggestions and upsold the Peppermint Cakes.Everything was wonderful.Alex is what every concept wants as their “first impression” for their guests!Way to go!

This is pretty much like a Subway for pizza, it's fantastic. I love the fact that all toppings are free on a BYO. All of the ingredients are very fresh and it's not super greasy. The staff is super friendly and the prices are amazing. I eat here often and love it!

We have been to Mod Pizza several times since they opened. Lately it seems to be more of a contest amongst the employees to see who can dress the weirdest, as opposed to who can make a good pizza. We started going to mod when we visited Houston Tx and were thrilled when they opened here in BA but for the last couple of months. We have ignored the strange dress of the employees because we liked the pizza but the one they made today was enough to strongly consider not going back ever. The ingredients as were clumped together if you could find them, except for the crust and the cheese. We usually pit a lot of ingredients on ours and I don’t think the crust was cauliflower as ordered. It tasted more like it was gluten free crust.
