Ok, so we come here about every other week since it's convenient. We have learned not to stop here before church cuz they are super slow thru the drive thru. Never been inside. The bagels and cream cheese is great, but we never get our food hot. We got Einstein bagels the other day and they re so small compared to these bagels, but they were perfectly toasted, perfect amount of cream cheese and hot. We have to ask you guys to double toast our bagels, but they still don't seem to be toasted, they aren't hot when we get them and cream cheese is just slapped on, not spreaded...we even have to ask for double the cream cheese. So yesterday we ordered for the first time for an in-store pick-up and decided to get them pre-sliced and pre-packaged cream cheese so we can toast them ourselves. We get to the store and our order isn't ready (ordered 20 mins prior). They said the # doesn't match what they have in-store. That's fine, the other bagel places will substitute similar ones....but we had to pick out our bagels while we were there and wait for them to be sliced. Still a smart choice for us to toast them on our own!

Ordered warn for foe pick up at 1145, got there at 1144 and it was packed and ready to leave. Went straight to car to discover cold food. The description of the BLT is 6 slices of bacon. The sandwich was flat. Had 3 pieces of bacon, one pice of lettuce and 2 small thin pieces of tomato. This is my first experience order f their food and wanted to love it. I will continue to purchase their cardamon tea but will eat elsewhere.Parking: Never busy. Hope it stays in business for their Cardamon tea.

I sat in the drive through for around 40 minutes. Two people behind me left. When the car in front of me pulled up to the window and I pulled up to the menu, I sat for about ten minutes without a greeting or anything. Finally I pulled out and went inside to order. There was a frustrated couple waiting inside as well. The person who took my order was kind and very soft spoken. There was another employee inside who seemed to be the person in charge. They were very rude and put off. I was in line at first in the drive through at 12:50, leaving plenty time before close. She said under her breath that “they close at 2”. I am very disappointed with the customer service here.

I come here every weekend but this morning I went and ordered 2 ham, egg, and provolone croissant sandwiches with 1 orange juice. Left an $8 tip only to get home and see there was 1 sandwich in the bag but the receipt shows 2. There was nobody in line inside or out when I placed my order through the drive thru.They staple the bag shut here, make sure you open it and verify your order before leaving!

In from out of town. Ordered a Sunrise Avocado bagel. Got back on the road and found it was plain egg and cheese. Couldn’t go back to get it corrected.

Just had the worst experience ordering at Bagel Cafe. I ordered a Lox and Cream cheese bagel which is supposed to come with lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, onion and capers. I also ordered this as open faced due to a recent dental procedure. Not only did they not make my bagel open faced, they did not put any of the ingredients on the bagel outside of cream cheese and lox! We spent over 10 minutes waiting at the drive through window while the cashier stood around, not commenting on the wait or being helpful at all. This is the saddest amount of lox I have ever had on a bagel made from Bagel Cafe or other restaurants. Not worth spending $20+ for something I can make a home for 1/3 of the price and time, with a friendly atmosphere.

I absolutely love the bagels, but the staff need help. The manager snaps at staff and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for 3 bagels.They really need some reorganization or close for a day and train the whole staff.
Excellent place if you are in the mood for a delicious bagel of any kind. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe it's self gives you a comfortable feeling and the entire place is extremely clean. I recommend this place and if you want something sweet to eat I say try the French toast with honey almond spread.

Terrible. Everything tastes stale and our order was so wrong. We asked for all the bagels to be toasted and only 1 out of 3 were. We got a Turkey Avocado bagel and there was no avocado on it, how do you forget avocado when it’s literally in the name? We also got a toasted chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese- gave me a raisin bagel, not toasted! This is not where you should be spending your money.

I had the Jalapeno Cheddar Bagel with Lox and Cream Cheese. It was one of the best ones I've had since being back east.It dawned on me after I was halfway through that I could have swapped out my cream cheese for something more adventurous than just plain. next time I probably will.

If there is more than one customer or car in line I recommend going somewhere else. Great place but not sure how it is being managed as I have had the same experience waiting both in the drive thru and in the store multiple times at this store. Hope to see them fix this issue and be able to manage more than one customer..
