Recently started coming back here in the past couple of weeks, but they just changed their menu since last week. We won't be coming back. The prices went up and the quality seems to have instantly gone down with the menu change. I had to exchange the apple, and the avocado and bacon in the salad wasn't good. So disappointed.

Panera is one of our family’s go-to places. We are each part of the Sip Club which in my mind is a no brained. But then, I have a Panera not to far from me. We often go there to get a cup of coffee, have lunch or meet a friend. Consistently good food and service.

It’s very sad how downhill this location has gone. The lobby smelled as if a sewage leak occurred. The manager stated something about how she wished it was cooler outside, and the cashier girl with piercings on every part of her face randomly decided she wanted to check the weather on her phone as we stood there waiting to order. (Who takes a solid 3 minutes of being on a phone to look at weather?) Adding to that she had the nerve to ask about a tip. YEAH, RIGHT! Very loud conversations from the workers discussing inappropriate topics within earshot of customers trying to enjoy their food. Don’t imagine I’ll be coming here again!

I visit the Panera Bread location on west Detroit in Broken Arrow, Ok on a regular basis. I find the food to be always good and the service and friendliness of the staff very good. The manager Lauren is always helpful . I will continue to visit this location. The store is always clean .

I eat at Panera “ALL” the time. Today however, was a “not-so-good” experience.Upon arrival, the lobby smelled like someone had mopped the bathroom, then the lobby. It really smelled bad.The kiosk was down, so we had to order at the desk. No issues there.My wife got a Fuji apple Salad, with some customizations. It was good, as usual. I got the broccoli-cheddar soup. Tasted great as usual. The baguette was a little old, as was the tea, which tasted awful.The service was a little slower than usual as well.All-in-all, a 3, even though the food was good.

I’m not usually one to complain. I’m the kind of person who won’t tell you if you got my drink wrong. But it is SO COLD inside this Panera! I have never been so cold inside a restaurant before. We keep our house at 68 or 70. It was 69 outside the day I went and it felt like a sauna when I walked out compared to the inside of this store. I went there to hunker down and study for awhile but couldn’t focus with how cold it was so I got a blanket out of my car and a warm soup and that only made it bearable for like 10 minutes. I tried to talk to an employee, but he literally turned around and started walking away before I even finished a sentence and said “we can’t do anything about that.” It made me feel like such a bother but this is the second time I’ve had to leave this location because of the temperature and I’ve never had that issue at any other Panera. On top of that, this location is almost always out of all their coffee in the afternoon and most of the employees look like they’d rather be anywhere but there. I really hope they fix this because this is such a convenient location.
