They were super busy and slightly understaffed so the food took a little longer to get out than expected, but it was worth the wait. Even though they were very busy they were still extremely friendly and our food was hot and fresh when we received it. We love their pizza!

Ordered two medium pizzas, one being the new hot honey pizza. The pizza was great but the customer service I received was even better. The lady who was working the register was so helpful and friendly, she even applied a discount for a deal that was going on I wasn't aware of and saved me 15 bucks. I will definitely be giving them my business from now on.

You pay $10.00 for a small round tray of dryed up pasta, and you have to show the recept to get the bread stick that comes with it. I use to get a rectangular tray with a lot more for almost half the price. Also, lousy service. I don't think I will ever return. Not recommended at all.

The service definitely could have been better. They weren’t very informative and slightly short or rude!
Ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered at a stated time but no show. Daughter caller regarding order. She had a confirmation but they refused to honor it. Lady started yelling at my daughter when she was not yelling & trying to determine why the order not being completed. The lady hung up on her & each time she tried to call the lady refused to answer her calls however when using husbands number it was immediately answered. They refused to provide her the pizzas ordered ! I previously dealt with the same people. Was requested to wait 20 minutes for our pizza & they would bring it out to me. After about 30 minutes I went inside to learn it had been placed on a shelf & was only warm when I got it. NEVER purchase anything from them again. She needs to be fired!

This is one of the best pizza huts in broken arrow in my opinion! They always follow directions I put in and the pizza is always fresh and good! I just wish they delivered to where I live. I only live about 6 miles from them down 101

Two weeks in a row, we've had to wait 30 minutes from the time the food was supposed to be ready. Tried to go through the drive in tonight. Could not get waited on so I had to park and go in. They have the rudest people working for them. My order was ready up on the screen, and it pissed the person at the counter because I said my order was ready. She just ignored me (disgruntled customers all over the lobby). Had a bad experience two weeks ago and was supposed to have a 25.00 credit and was told they didn't have that. Wanted to know who I talked to. I told them it was the people in corporate and they said that it would be there. Have never been treated so rudely in my entire life and will never go back there. Don't need to go buy pizza and be demeaned by that. Please call correct !I was forced to put one star to post but did not want to!!!

Order was wrong. Wasn't able to get a hold of local branch. Left message and it said that my call would be returned. I am still waiting on the return call.
Dashers beware! Upper management cant seem to be bothered with adjusting the settings on thier doordash account so that drivers arent summoned right when an order is placed. Expect to sit and wait for 20 minutes and watch your $$/hour ratio sink. Avoid this location at all cost.

Yeah I've been eating pizzas out of this exact location since the '80s and I've seen operators come and go some that have driven me away and some that have brought me back. Whatever is going on there right now not good. I think they want you to pay extra sauce cuz I just bought $23 worth a pizza, and the only sauce is up around the rim of the crust. I just as well put pepperoni on a couple slices of toast. Then their inefficient website , at least when you're trying to redeem all the points you've acquired. I have never redeemed hut. I just tried to eat another slice it's horrible. The raccoons will be happy tonight. 2-3 pepperoni per slice I got 3 topping taste maker should have extra

Open til 1 am, or until they feel like locking the door on you as you walk up at 11, but the worst part was the staff mockingly waving at us as we left. I have no idea what their problem was, all I wanted was a pizza. To hell with this place.
