Staff was slow and inattentive. Lot of stuff not stocked. Very stingy with condiments and napkins and not putting any out. Left stuff out of our order too so we had to go back and ask for it

if i could give 0 stars i would… they handed me a cup with the lid barley on and spilt all over me, and when my child next to me asked what happened I said the lid wasn’t on all the way that was it. Then the kid in the window named Colby started running his mouth as I am upset and in tears cause i'm covered in soda. Justin the manager comes over and begins to argue with me over the lid, telling me not to get upset with this kid, when he is the one going off. At this point it’s the fact that I am covered in pop and they wanna argue with me. No customer service and No apology. Tammy the other manager would’ve never let this happen.

This is the second time I’ve come to this location after placing a mobile order and was told to park and wait 30+ minutes just to receive cold food and have items missing. My last order, my Mac and cheese was hanging out of the containers and thrown on top of my fries and drink wasting down the side of my cup. Popeyes on Kenosha in Broken Arrow, OK has to be the worse Popeyes I’ve ever been to. On top of poor quality, Rude and lack Customer Service skills.
