Service was minimum. Food was good but nothing special. I would not go back. Two burgers with drinks cost me $40 dollars before tax and tip. For that price I would rather eat at a steakhouse or a Chinese buffet.

I have been coming here for years. I decided to visit this time as one of my favorite burgers, the Banzai, had a special price this week. Also, since I went during their happy hour, I decided to order a shake at 1/2 price to go with my meal. The food, with unlimited fries, was tasty as always. The server was very attentive as well. There's no doubt that I will return.

Our last visit here was wonderful. Our waitress, Vicki, was amazing, especially with our gaggle of kids. She was ahead of us in refills and quick to help us with everything. She made our experience here wonderful! Also, the bacon fondue is awesome.Dietary restrictions: We like coming here because it is peanut free.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid-friendly options for food and a laidback atmosphere.

Accidentally placed an order for pickup instead of delivery. Totally my fault. Called to see if they could cancel the order and was told since the order was already made they could only cancel the order if we resubmitted another order for delivery, so they could send out was made in the delivery order. We decided we would just go pick it up to save everyone the hassle. We get to the restaurant expecting to pick up the order and quickly go, since they said it had been made and was ready. Waited in the lobby for almost ten minutes with no one paying any attention to us. Finally someone comes up front and acknowledges us, just to tell us they canceled it bc “anytime they are told to cancel something they automatically cancel it.” Even though that is NOT what we were told. Waste of a drive and waste of an hour and a half of my time. The host was not helpful over the phone or in person and clearly cannot follow directions from his manager that he had put us on hold to get.

So to start this off, my girlfriend and I have been coming to this specific Red Robin for years until we moved to OKC, well we've recently moved back to Tulsa and have been wanting to try it again for a while so we finally did! Honestly we wish we never did though. Our server took our order and we never saw her again! On top of that, the manager was great until we had asked for a water and some extra fries (again because we never saw our server) and he seemed to get pretty upset over it? I'm not sure, maybe it was a difficult day or something. Regardless, I'd recommend Smashburger any day of the week!

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger which doesn’t come with ANY type of onion, asked for no tomato and no mayo and substitute a gluten free bun. They bring it out and its loaded high with FRIED onions which are literally smothered in gluten.. I have so many questions as to how it happened because neither me or my boyfriend ordered fried onions, and why would I purposefully pay extra for no gluten and then pack it with it? They really need to pay attention if they’re going to offer a gluten free substituteDietary restrictions: BAD EXPERIENCE

It was very simple to order on line. They didn't require a book of paperwork too fill out. Tracking the order was spot on some places requiring a lot off refreshing of the page and doesn't keep the correct time when your order is ready. My past experience ordering online for other restaurants are very frustrating sometimes resulting in me giving up. Kudos to you Red Robin, for keeping it simple and delicious!
